Sitting at College and Clinton, that nexus of old country homeliness and clubland pizzazz, Harmony falls into the latter category. Music videos in the window beckon passersby. Inside, small spotlights and mirrors highlight the long, dark oak bar, where a chalkboard lists a few specialty cocktails. To a backdrop of DJs (lounge, jazz and house are the tunes of choice), pre-club 905ers (dolled up with careful coifs, canned tan and skin-tight denim) lubricate their dancing legs with lychee martinis ($8) and bottles of domestic ($5). In the back lounge, velvet curtains, tabletop candles and amber lights add romance. In summer, catch back-patio breezes.
