Located on the Ossington strip between Queen and Dundas, the room is small and functional, dominated by a crescent-shaped bar. The decor leans toward rec room chic: wood panelling, intriguing light fixtures (an illuminated globe hangs over the bar) and dime store knick-knacks. The minuscule kitchen turns out cultural-crossover dishes, like an Indian curry burrito. Dig in while watching Coronation Street, broadcast above the bar every Sunday (starting at 2 p.m.), or while soaking up the rays on the small patio. Tuesdays feature Buck-Off Booze ($1 off all drinks); Labatt 50 and Moosehead are priced at $3 each on Throwback Thursdays. Creemore, Black Oak Pale Ale, Wellington County Ale and Wellington Trailhead Lager are respectable draft options.
