This Distillery District restaurant boasts a gem of a bar. Although the historic industrial space seems cavernous in the early evening, once the theatre crowd arrives and the live jazz begins (Thursday to Saturday nights and Sunday brunch), the place warms up. Orchids add to the decor; the stylish crowd performs a similar function. Perch at the long wooden bar and peruse the extensive drink list: more than two dozen wines by the glass, a good selection of bourbons and single malt scotches (including a 15-year-old Dalwhinnie), and an array of beers from nearby Mill Street Brewery. The restaurant menu is also available at the bar.
