Flashy businessmen in expensive suits, gorgeous women in killer heels—both have the run of this main-floor bar at the back of the Four Seasons Hotel. The service is next to perfect: servers are quick, bartenders polite and polished. And the kitchen has actually put a bit of thought into the bar menu (which for once doesn’t rely solely on the deep-fryer). Comfortable, airy surroundings benefit from subdued lighting, but it’s still bright enough for excellent people-watching.
