Granted, the travels and travails of the King of Ithaca don’t immediately conjure images of cabarets. Or clowns. But the Israeli company Ish Theatre gives it their best shot with a production that weaves together the Odyssey and the dynamics of a multi-generational Italian household through song, dance and gibberish.—Stéphanie Verge
