In what promises to be the most entertaining double bill, well, quite possibly ever, the new local collective Ghost Light Projects brings Texas porn and tranny rock together at last. The company has diligently drawn parallels between theatre in ancient Greece, the 1978 skin flick about a small-town girl with big-city cheerleading aspirations, and John Cameron Mitchell’s musical about botched sex changes and rock ’n’ roll dreams—though they needn’t have bothered.
