For traditionalists, it’s the 1951 Alastair Sim film that takes the fruitcake. For childhood nostalgics, it’s the Muppets adaptation. This year marks the fourth go-round for director Michael Shamata’s acclaimed production, also presented in 2001, 2002 and 2006. Joseph Ziegler, a delight as the miser with a heart of gold, Ebenezer Scrooge, is joined here by Kevin Bundy, Oliver Dennis and Maggie Huculak—Stéphanie Verge
