Brief Encounters

A trio of Noël Coward one-acts—Still Life, We Were Dancing and Hands Across the Sea—kicks off the festival’s program Tonight at 8:30, a series of 10 plays by the British wit. A train station, a dance floor and a holiday in the Far East serve as settings for a string of random Brief Encounters that are short on length but long on impact.
