Part of the popular HarbourKids program SK8Culture, SK8 celebrates skating in all its forms: ice, roller, in-line and boarding. Absorb some of the pros’ style and speed at the Natrel Outdoor Rink before showing off your own moves, or check out informative exhibits about skating’s influence on pop culture. All ages. Dec. 5 to 7. The Music With Bite concert series continues with Fiestango, a musical yarn about the mysteries uncovered when three curious cousins open a dusty old trunk. A tasty treat and Q&A with performers follow each performance. Ages three and up. Dec. 7.—Hadley Dyer
