Some of the city's best chefs gather at Eigensinn Farm for this celebration of wild Ontario leeks. Michael Stadtländer's place is reportedly carpeted with acres of the vegetable, and ten of Stadtländer's pals, including Coca’s Nathan Isberg and Colborne Lane’s Claudio Aprile gather to prepare a multi-course meal celebrating the leek. Rain or shine; good walking shoes recommended. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Habitat for Humanity and The Woman's Shelter in Collingwood and Owen Sound.—Jason McBride
