Governor General’s Award–winning writer Karen Connelly (Touch the Dragon) reads from a travel memoir in progress and gives readers a taste of what they can expect during her tenure as the library’s newest writer-in-residence. Called Burmese Lessons, the memoir is about revolutionaries and refugees and is set, like her first novel (The Lizard Cage), in Burma.—Brent Ledger
