Artistic director of Le Groupe Dance Lab, Ottawa choreographer Tony Chong stops by Dancemakers’ fall concert to present a new work, Bloodletting and Other Pleasant Things. Known for his powerful stage images, Chong’s talent lies in his ability to make life’s beautiful imperfections, sad absurdities and poignant contradictions manifest. This piece is inspired by vicious on-line forums and postings.—Paula Citron
