This sensational Australian troupe, headed by artistic director Yaron Lifschitz, fuses circus with contemporary dance, as evidenced by their latest show, The Space Between. David Carberry, Darcy Grant and Chelsea McGuffin perform explosive acrobatic encounters, lyrical duets and breathtaking solos that explore love, loss and desire, all set to Jacques Brel chansons and industrial soundscapes, and bathed by layers of video projections and imaginative, theatrical lighting.—Paula Citron
