On his way to becoming one of the planet’s most in-demand conductors, Quebec’s Yannick Nézet-Séguin is back for an all-Brahms program. Highly regarded pianist Stephen Kovacevich appears as soloist in Piano Concerto no. 2 in B-flat Major, op. 83; paired with Symphony no. 4 in E Minor, op. 98, Brahms’ last piece in the medium and a work of great autumnal beauty.
