Toronto (New Music) Marathon

Offering eight hours of relief from old-dead-white-guy classical programming, this is the Marathon’s third go-round. Among the brave is pianist Christina Petrowska-Quilico, who specializes in the gnarly musical worlds of such artists as John Cage and György Ligeti. Here she’s taking on Glass Houses by Canadian composer Ann Southam.
