Two modern concertos grace the closing of the festival. Deutsche Grammophon recording artist Hilary Hahn performs American composer Jennifer Higdon’s Violin Concerto, while Toronto-based cellist Shauna Rolston serves as soloist in local composer Gary Kulesha’s Cello Concerto.
