This group—violinist Anna­lee Patipatanakoon, cellist Roman Borys and pianist Jamie Parker—has served as Music Toronto’s esteemed ensemble-in-residence for 10 seasons, and continues to garner high praise for its polished and inspired performances. This program includes Joseph Haydn’s Piano Trio in A Major, Hob. XV/18, Calgary-born, Toronto-based composer Heather Schmidt’s Lunar Reflections (which premiered at this year’s Ottawa Chamber Music Festival) and Mendelssohn’s Piano Trio no. 1 in D Minor, op. 49.Rick MacMillan
