This show—named, ironically, after a Chilean authoritarian group from the ’70s—uses video to investigate the meaning of patriotism and its often ugly manifestations on the world stage. It features the work of 22 international artists, including Pakistan’s Shahzia Sikander and the Netherlands’ Marc Bijl.
