The rampant infantilism in contemporary art takes on spectacular proportions in the work of Miami’s FriendsWithYou, who bring their amusement park sensibility to this year’s Luminato. The Wish Come True Festival engulfs Queen’s Park in mascots, giant inflatable characters and lounge areas, all marked by the group’s unmistakable aesthetic, a mix of anime, acid trip and Mr. Bill. An accompanying show at Narwhal includes sculptural pieces and drawings. Artwork $200–$10,000.—David Balzer
