Brant House
The scene: On an almost quiet side street, Brant House operates as a posh adult playground, providing dinner and then some. Once the tables are removed to make way for the dance floor, opting for bottle service is the only way to snag one of the plush, cushioned leather booths, set against a backdrop of exposed brick.
Perks: Buying the required one bottle ($180–$800 each) per four guests lets you bask in the knowledge that you’re downing shots of Grey Goose in one the city’s hottest bottle service scenes.
The Century Room
The scene: Loft dwellers become loft revellers, dancing beneath the 16-foot ceilings of this converted warehouse. Exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, large bay windows and a tree-lined courtyard set the tone for a swank evening.
Perks: A Saturday night spent here with 11 of your closest friends will run you $720 (which includes four bottles). A waitress serves up complimentary finger sandwiches and frosted cupcakes. If you’ve got the clout to parlay your way into the VIP booth, you’ll have your own private bathroom.
C Lounge
The scene: Out by the wading pool, ensconced in a demurely draped cabana, the outdoor bottle service zone has a distinctly South Beach feel.
Perks: For a two-bottle minimum, you and nine friends can enjoy the exclusive vibe. Ladies needn’t fear the repercussions of hot summer nights: Lancôme hair and cosmetic touch-ups are available in the powder rooms.
Lobby
The scene: After dinner, the entire Bloor Street resto goes bottle service. There’s a four-bottle minimum ($960 for Grey Goose) for the conspicuous front section, where you’ll sip the night away on smooth black leather couches. Two or three 26-ouncers will snag you a banquette in the back.
Perks: A perennial celeb favourite, at Lobby you can count on frequent sightings of such bold-facers as Jamie Foxx, Mark Wahlberg, Bono and the rest of U2. You may only see them briefly, though, as they’re often ushered into the Champagne Lounge (i.e., the VVIP room) downstairs.
Ultra Supper Club
The scene: Behind a shimmering charcoal and silver organza curtain, the downstairs VIP level tries for an intimate feel. Once summer comes, the patio above Queen Street (where tables are often reserved weeks in advance) is the place to be. Both indoor and outdoor bottle service zones will add half a grand to your credit card, due to the two-bottle minimum.
Perks: Fawning personal hosts will light your cigs, source fresh cherries and provide almost anything else you might desire.
