LOBSTER AND BLACK COD POT PIE
Briny lobster, buttery cod and tender halibut are accompanied by the traditional sweet corn, peas and carrots in a rich celeriac velouté crowned with panko-crusted mashed potato. A cool quenelle of citrus-tarragon mascarpone tempers the piping hot pie. $25. C5.
