from your review of ONE I must assume you did not dine there, did not listen to the disgruntled customers waiting 45 minutes for a menu, another 20 minutes for a drink order and having your first bottle of wine finished before somebody even dained to take your dinner order, have gone there three times in Sept, and that will be more than enough. McEwan said we lag behind NYC, guess so, after it took him three years to copy the serving style of Craft, albeit, that restaurant as least have some level of quality service, and he also suggests raising prices, but you must have something to substantiate that, I have had french fries all around the world, McEwans are the worst , overpriced ones ever, and sharing his cold plates of vegetables isn't such a blast either.... he better spend a little more time watching the unhappy customers at ONE
