Winter Pear Nectini
Ki emulates the cool bite of winter by combining Hennesey VS cognac with Asian pear ginger juice. Shaken well with ice and strained into a chilled martini glass, this cocktail gets warm and spicy relief from a lemon slice studded with dried cloves. $12.
