You have to wonder what will happen if and when the 66,800 condo units proposed for Toronto hit the market. The CMHC predicts stability into 2010 and probably beyond. But a downturn is a downturn, and chances are some projects will be delayed or even cancelled. The perennial safe bets are condos on the subway line, built by developers with big portfolios and even bigger bank accounts. Here are five slick new projects destined to rise on time.
