I believe that the hallmark of a fine culinary article is that it makes your mouth water and, despite being three thousand miles away, you have a yen to travel to that spot in order to joyfully partake. The author nicely transliterates the words into imaginary tastes for the reader to enjoy right along with him and makes the trip to the Toronto Burbs seem almost worthwhile. Kudos
