When narrowing down all the dining establishments in town to the very best, 10 rankings is never enough. Even when a couple of perennial contenders took themselves out of the running this year—Rain closed for renovations, The Fifth is still looking for a permanent chef—there were still too many to count using fingers and thumbs. Here are the runners-up.
