		<description>According to the City of Toronto Assessment Rolls in the Toronto Archives, the brick building that bears his name at 98 Queen St. E. was built in 1890.  He was set up at 92-94 Queen St. E. for years before.  See microfilms 264732-49 (reel 79) for the &#039;unfinished&#039; building in 1890 and 264732-54 (reel 84) for the &#039;finished&#039; building in 1891.</description>
