Considering this has been a very successful and progressive Toronto Fashion Week, one would expect Toronto Life to illustrate same.

Because somewhere between a crack addicted individual collecting garbage, a track diva protecting her newly done doo at a track meet and Tina wearing a DR bag as underwear, I personally have trouble finding any other connotation but “ghetto” — please, don’t pee on my leg and tell me it’s raining…
