For car-less downtowners, the shopping mecca that is Vaughan Mills might as well be in Siberia. But not for long. Starting tomorrow, a shuttle bus will run round trips twice daily from Union Station to Vaughan Mills until October 23. The best part? It’s free.
ID bracelets, required for the ride, can be picked up from the City Tours and Attractions Desk in Union Station. The morning trip leaves at 10 a.m. and returns at 1 p.m., and the afternoon jaunt departs at 1 p.m. and returns at 5 p.m.

does anyone know how long the trip is?
July 7, 2009 at 12:50 pm | by JLWhere exactly is this bus at Union Station?
June 29, 2010 at 5:20 pm | by MBFor 2011 Season, the shuttle leaves at 10am and 1pm respectively. It is very important to be there at least 1 hour early to get the ID tag that you have to wear to get in the bus. Its on the first come first served policy and they can run out very fast so be there early to get your ID tag.
The Union Station is located across the Royal York Hotel, you get the ID tag inside the great hall (Via Rail Station) on the right side (tourist desk) of the entrance.
