Canada Goose sues International Clothiers for (allegedly!) ripping off its logo

Canada Goose takes its image very seriously, which is why it’s currently suing International Clothiers for producing a jacket named Super Triple Goose that sports similar features to the Canadian company’s signature coats: a logo on the right sleeve and two front-flap pockets on the waist. Sure, people have come to know Canada Goose for its ubiquitous shapeless-yet-warm outerwear, sported by everyone from Rosedale moms to Bay Street bros (it’s pretty much the Starbucks cup of the jacket industry)—but so far none of the brand’s allegations against International Clothiers have been proven in court. 3. Canada Goose is out of line here. I purchased this jacket from International Clothiers and absolutely love it! I paid $100. did I know it wasn’t a Canada Goose jacket? yes! was I told it was? No!

As a consumer I was concerned on its content for the price and when I asked I was informed it was mainly duck down and not goose. I was not lied to as I’m sure any one that asked was not lied to either.
