TIFF’s popular Midnight Madness program, which has been showing films of the frightening, strange and action-packed variety for the past 26 years, can be a spooky affair. Monday’s late-night feature was a documentary called Electric Boogaloo: The Wild, Untold Story of Cannon Films, about the rise and fall of the production company behind low-budget 80’s movies like American Ninja and Masters of the Universe. We asked show-goers waiting in line outside Ryerson Theatre what they’re most afraid of. Here’s what they had to say.
