Forget the budget—here we have a single story that involves Giorgio Mammoliti, massage parlours and heroin. Oh my! The Toronto Sun is reporting that the oh-so-colourful councillor claims opium dens are operating out of city-licensed massage parlours. Naturally, the councillor wants to revoke the parlours’ licenses, and ever the righteous crusader, Hot Wheels says he’s already shut down eight such clubs.
