The Hype has just received word that Academy Award winner and naked snake wearer Rachel Weisz will be crossing the Atlantic for TIFF 2011 this year. Her publicist has confirmed that the British bombshell will be in town to promote Page Eight, an English spy flick that also stars Ralph Fiennes and Bill Nighy. We wonder if Weisz’s first-hand knowledge of a real-life British spy (she’s married to James Bond, after all) helped her in the role.
