Playboy reality star Bridget Marquardt comes to TIFF for some reason

Bridget Marquardt, one of the three interchangeable blondes who dated Hugh Hefner on reality series The Girls Next Door, is doing what she does best—oozing non-threatening sexuality while posing for photos on a banquette at Toronto’s den of dim lighting, the Windsor Arms Hotel. Bridget has landed at TIFF as part of the festival’s unpopular “You’re Not in Movies so What the Hell Are You Doing Here?” series (past participants have included Lance Bass, Paris Hilton and Hilary Duff). The 36-year-old looks pert and pretty in a baby-doll dress, though heavy makeup can’t conceal the crinkles around her eyes.

Considering Hugh celebrated his 84th birthday this year, Bridget acknowledges that changes are coming to the Playboy empire. “I know that Cooper, his youngest son, is interested in taking over the business,” Bridget says. “So I think that could be a great revitalization for Playboy, if that all goes smoothly.”

The model is in town to host last night’s Playboy Good Life Party at Muzik (no relation to GoodLife). Also on the agenda: a trip to the CN Tower, lunch in Yorkville and a special request to visit the Hockey Hall of Fame from Nick, her boyfriend of two years.

  1. Who gives a S—! Just another pretty face, with boobs! She wasn’t invited, probably just “crashing” the parties. But, who’d stop her?!!And as far as who’s going to be taking over the “running” of the Playboy Mansion–I don”t give a “rats a–”! Not interesting news to me. God, is there nothing better to write about?

  2. I think it has more to do with who will take over the playboy brand than the mansion itself. Clearly people do care as its a multi million pound business.

If people didn’t care about this “pretty face with boobs” she wouldn’t be in the news and on tv so much.

You need to deal with the fact that not everyone shares your opinion.
