Tati chef Laurent Brion stocks specialty oils, preserves and charcuterie, and cheese freaks flock here for such hard-to-find French varieties (there are over a dozen bleus) as brie de Melun (100 grams $6) and Bleu des Causses (100 grams $5). Brion opened the shop in what he calls “a great village” in 2008, one year after Tati was founded. Followers are largely local, with occasional visits from nearby restaurateurs.
