		<description>The issue is not when is bedtime, but whether or not noise levels are so high at 8 PM that residents cannot even make a phone call in their homes with a window open, or watch a movie, or hold a conversation between two people. And yes, Futures is on a commercial strip (which still does not mean just any kind of activity is okay) but the Lab is on a RESIDENTIAL street. As for fun, go for it. But it must coexist with residential life, or there will be a flight to the suburbs and an American style city.</description>
