In this article the writer uses the word Neigh Sayers.. Hmm Maybe this author or editor should use the term Responsible People due to we know the drugs used in horses or that we know the difference between horse and cow.. Seem the Pro slaughter has ever hateful term word to use. Yet they secretly profited off our American Icons saying these are old and sick horses. They fail to mention now that Italy's Government is now seriously considering banning horsemeat. This is a blessing the horse is a biblical animal. The bible indicates it too.IF these irresponsible people would have it there way we would all be eatting dogs and cats too. NO THANKS''
Follow the money and you will find who supports horse slaughter and follow there past and you will see they have NO RECORD of ever helping horses rescues or donating to them. Horse Rescues are fixing the problems these people created. For more info visit www.SaveDaHorses.org

With regards to coffee drinkers being at a lower risk for diabetes, my guess is that caffeine is a natural appetite suppressant (and decaf coffee still has a bit of caff. in it) so these heavy-drinkers are simply eating less and ostensibly leaner?

Just a guess.
