Not eating endangered food would eliminate any market for it, causing growers to stop producing it.  If you want to preserve it, eat more of it, thus creating more demand for it to be grown.

How brilliant a concept that he not only gets free labour, but gets the worker to PAY HIM! I LOVE IT!

Can ad agencies, fashion labels, and magazines be that far off?! Oh wait, people at magazines already work for nothing. Sorry, I forgot. 

Anyway, brilliant idea man. Someone from the NY Times should interview this guy. He may be able to help get us out of the recession.</description>
