- The first 100 pieces of artwork “sold” at the event. The images are of La Carnita’s mascot, Meathead, and were designed by OneMethod’s Matt Webb and individually numbered. Another 25 prints were made as the line grew.

- Cochinita pibil: slow-roasted pork marinated in achiote, citrus and cinnamon, paired with orange salsa and pickled onions on a handmade corn tortilla.
- Chorizo taco: Mexican chorizo with mango salsa, avocado and cilantro on a handmade tortilla.
- Achiote chicken taco: achiote-marinated chicken with salsa verde and zucchini ribbons on a handmade corn tortilla.
