The dreams of food lover, Fresh bread in the morning, roasting coffee, the smells of herbs in a garden. But wait once again the city I truly love for reason that others deem not so pompous have something to say about bread makers also. Whaaaaa lets cry. Come on people worlds greatest city with the world worst people. I hope their mega factory makes Ontario smell like fresh baked bread. Before I read ridiculous comments my first job was industrial bakery when I was 14 now at 28, that particular smell brings back lots of memories...Love your City

It is a vile smell to wake up to every single day and puts me off bread. Besides their trucks are always clogging up the roads and making crossing streets in Liberty Village a nightmare. More than once they have nearly run people down turning on the Dufferin and Liberty traffic corner. I am glad they are going less large truck traffic the better.

Just remember, Dempsters was there first. The great industrial history of that area should not be demeaned in this way. Massey, Inglis etc. were major employers in Toronto once upon a time. Sorry if the smell of baked bread bothers anyone.
