    what’s happening is people that haven’t tasted the mediocrity of noodle bars ramen! tasteless broth, fix it chang.

    @James: Their ramen noodle is amazing including all the ingredients that goes with the ramen from the lightly poached egg to the pickled cabbage. Sure, the broth is not the best of the best but still pretty good.

    @James: You can’t know it’s mediocre until you tasted it. Do you have better broth? Where is your restaurant?
