Langdon Hall’s Jonathan Gushue has been found

(Image: Waterloo Regional Police)

The Waterloo Regional Police announced this afternoon that Langdon Hall chef Jonathan Gushue is alive and well. Gushue was reported missing earlier this week, and hadn’t been seen by his family since December 31 of last year. Police told the Toronto Star that the decorated chef had been spotted at Union Station, and that he was finally found at an undisclosed location outside the province. [Toronto Star]

The Waterloo po-po spokesman says he doesn’t owe the police an explanation. I’d say, um, WRONG. Taxpayer money was spent looking for this asshat who walked out on his wife & kids with no explanation. I’d say he does owe them an explanation, and should have to foot the bill for such asshattery.

Agree with “lewarcher” above. Police/taxpayer resources were spent looking for this man. He owes some answers. There’s no logical explanation as to why this guy would walk out on 3 kids for a week. Whatever is going on, hopefully someone will step in and get him some help, if need be. Interesting to note that a thread on this guy was locked, pretty quickly, on Chowhound.
