A 45 page bail application to be filed next week. The 45 pages are needed to explain why the lord and his companions need more than 3 months to pack their belongings. The extension requests another 4 months to pack the luggage. Can any reasonable individual with a regular IQ believe than these three need 7 month to do their packing? This strikes me as a joke. I am not sophisticated so I must be forgiven. Now just be specific here.How many item are there involved in the packing? As far as we know, the jail people are going to supply each of the three the orange uniforms. so as far as clothings the packing time is almost nil. Regarding the personal effects like toothbrush, etc. give it 10 minutes. As far as writing material, books, novels, only a very limited amount if any can be taken to the jail cell. The jail cell as small, so can't take much. Lets given them 20 minutes for the books. With my mediocre mind I come with a max. of one hour needed to pack. Can any of the bloggers reading this estimate think that 7 months is required to the 3 felons to get ready to the big house? The appelate judges know how to add, no amount of math is going to come close to the 7 months. i fear the worst for the 3 felons. The 3 felons remind me of the three mosketeers, with history's irony they were hanged by richelieu.

The lord and his co-convicts are still hoping to win a new trial and feel they should not step a foot into their cells. What are their grounds for the appeal? I have yet to view anything convincing, anything that has not already been dealt with. The appeal will be denied. I am still surprised that they are able to push this appeal through so quickly.

Cecillia Sarkozy's wedding gift to Carla was the leaking of the email sent to her 8 hours before the wedding by sarko. The email stated: "if you retun to me, I cancel everything."
Sarko's father claims that sarko is his dumbest son. Surely, sending the email was a dumb thing to do. So was giving the same engagement ring to carla, the trip to Petra, the short honeymoon. Sarko believes that marriage is a farce. Carla is a cold, calculating, ambitious girl who uses men, and then drops them. Carla has probably already set a date to end the affair. Cecillia's revange to leak the email to the nouvel-observer is a master stroke. Sarko's lawsuit about it confirms his vulgarity.

The editor of the french newspaper L'Nouvel Observateur confirmed that his sources are reliable regarding the email sent by the horny-toad to his ex-wife "if you return to me , I cancel it all" 8 hours before wedding First Lady Bon-Bon. The editor stands by his report. The editor also indicated that the horny-toad has been sending emails to his ex-wife on daily basis according to Spanish newspapers. Aparently, the horny cannot let go of Cecillia his wife for 11 years. The french managed to elect a Britney Spears type of president. Clearly, the toad has been showing personality weaknesses calling into question his qualifications for high office. Sarko has lowered the standing of the French presidency to the level of a bordelo.
If the president is found to be liar, his situation is going to get worse. We see a parallel here with our own lord who has been found carelss with the truth by the jury of his Chicago peers. The reason sarko was forced to sue the newspaper is because he denied having sent the email to Bon-Bon. Carla is a proud woman and she is not going to allow to be humiliated by the toad. Relationship between men and women are tough to handle.

New cracks in the love affair? First Lady Bon-Bon refused to move in to presidential palace. Carla continues to live in her apartment in Paris with her son Aurelius. Carla is devoting a lot of time to her musical career. It is the horny-toad that goes to her apartment everyday to be with Bon-Bon. According to her mom Maritza, Carla has been concerned about the email sent 8 days prior to her wedding day by the toad to Cecillia his ex-wife. The editor who broke the email-news claims that the horny sends daily love emails to his ex. It is understandable that Bon-Bon is concerned. The triangle Sarko-Carla-Cecillia is similar to the Charles-Diana-the other woman that broke up the royal marriage. Hopefully the love between Sarko and Carla is real and giving them happiness. Pierre did say that the bedroom is privat, but then he took the whole nation on a daily basis to his bedroom affairs with Margaret. During those years there wasn't an hour without some news about Pierre-Margaret cheating on eachother.
On the other hand our lord has had a loving and happy time with his current wife. Even in difficult times they are showing a sincere affection for eachother. Nobody knows where the lord's money is, the concerned blogger should tell us where it is. We all would like to know, especially the Sun-Times board.

As to your relevant question:

Channel Islands, (Jersey most likely), and Switzerland, possibly Cayman, but more doubtful. Under a series of trust documents and a corporate umbrella, and in the form of securities under nominees in a bank Depositary account.

A difficult onion to peel, but not impossible under new money laundering regulations, and bound authorities in these jurisdictions, now that Black is a convicted felon.

Whatever remaining money is left to the Shareholders pursuing civil suits should be used in investigating any and all paper and electronic trails.

Also every religion and every nation has made some wonderful contributions to human civilization. Now maybe i dont understand your intent, but to me it seems that you are trying to hold roger accountable to for muslim beliefs and practices that you find abhorrent. Roger has said many times that he does not support ANY religion. But Roger has tried to explain certain muslim beliefs on this blog. Surely an explanation of, for example, muslim beliefs about heaven is not the same thing as a defence of those beliefs. How can a non-believer possibly defend muslim beliefs?

It seems unlikely that the lords funds are at the Channel Islands or in Switzerland, those places are no longer secure. I would instead agree with the blogger who claims that the lords funds are in the UAE in Dubai. That place is full of money. Halliburton moved its head-office to Dubai. Actually, it doesn't matter to me if the funds are ever found, coz if they are the current board members would take the funds. In as much as shareholders loses, the investment company's managers are paid big bucks to select investment venues, so if they made mistake it's their fault. As an non professional investor I would have never invested in newspapers because I don't believe they have a future.
What hillary said about Bill, applies to Sarko: "he is a hard dog to keep on the porch". What is also interesting is that it involves women with a few children in tow. Why should romance and fevered infatuation be wasted on the young alone? Of course voters are liable to wonder whether their president is wasting their time on his private affairs at the expense of the affairs of state. In the coming recession, many governments and politicians will be tested as never before. Sarkoczy might regret the time he has wasted on chasing women in public when the ship of state starts to take on water. Funny thing is that the Law Lords of the Privy Council in the UK, the judges of the Canadian Supreme Court and even the US Supreme Court all disagree with Lit200's version of what happened and the applicable law! Lit is like Lord Black--yes, that crooked convicted thief. Black ignored the law and tried to invent his own law. Under Canadian law, title to the land was vested in Native Peoples. The Europeans recognized that in law when they negotiated treaties--treaties are only negotiated between nations, not individuals or corporations! So, Lit is wrong, again.

On Friday evening the 45 page bail-appeal report from the 3 felons was delivered to the Dirksen building downtown chicago. It was received by the appeals court clerk who made three copies of it and handed one copy to each of the sophisticated old cranky appeal benchers. Since time is short, the 3 benchers met at the north Chicago golf course lounge and proceeded to read the report. About page 22, the old benchers fell asleep. A bus-boy woke them up for tee-off time. The threesome while playing golf engaged in commenting about the 45 page report. Particularly about the request for a 7 months time requirement demanded by the 3 felons to pack their belongings. The more they joked about it the more they laughed. By hole 18 they laughed so hard that they cracked their heads. With their head split the benchers were taken to the chicago morgue. Lindsay Lohan doing community work wrapped the bodies and cared for them.
Unfortunately for the 3 felons the appeal was stayed and they must report to the big house by March 3rd.
